Sun and shade over the Forth

One of my favourite views of Edinburgh and the Forth - looking northeast from the Pentland Hills. The clouds along the Forth seem to mirror the east-west orientation of Edinburgh. Arthurs Seat is under shadow, while bright sunlight catches the yellow gorse on the Braid Hills. Across the Forth lies the Kingdom of Fife and away to the east one can make out the distinctive profile of Berwick Law..
