I have enjoyed drawing, painting and printing for as long as I can remember, but for many years had too little time to give it the attention it deserved. A career change gave me the opportunity to rectify this. 

While some artists pursue a particular subject, my interests are unashamedly broad. I enjoy the freedom this gives me, be it the challenge of capturing the drama and colour of a sweeping panorama, or the miniature world of a bee on a geranium petal. I just like drawing what I see about me.

Based in Edinburgh I work mainly in gouache and oils, and more occasionally make lino prints.
