I am an artist based in Scotland.  I draw my inspiration from what I see around me every day.  A consequence of this is a broad range of subject matter, from the very big to the very small. I enjoy the challenge of trying to capture the drama of a Highland sunset as much as the sun playing on the petals of a single poppy.

My style is mostly representational, and I aim to find interesting compositions and striking colour combinations.
